Reservation Options: (includes set-up time, event time, and break-down time) $120 booking deposit fee is required to reserve the date (will be applied to the final invoice) $120 per hour OR $500 for 5-hour minimum reservations: Morning (8 AM - 1 PM) Afternoon (1:30 PM - 6:30 PM) Evening (7 PM - 12 AM) Every Rental Package includes: WIFI basic a/v equipment (smart TV, mic, speaker, projector) (4) buffet tables (10) 6-ft dinner tables (80) resin chairs a minibar kitchenette with sink, microwave, & cooler Other charges: $75 cleaning fee (per event) $250 refundable security deposit $150 additional security deposit (if bringing alcohol) Add-ons: $20/pc table linen - full drape $15/pc table linen - stretched-fitted $15/pc table linen - pleated, for buffet tables $10/event, if bringing play equipment using electricity $20/event if bringing a photo booth $25/event if bringing DJ lighting and sound equipment You can BYO: Caterer or Food Trays (cooked food only) Non-alcoholic Drinks Liquor (with addt'l security deposit) Decorations, Backdrops, Softplay, etc.
