RESERVATION OPTIONS: (includes set-up time, event time, and break-down time) *Morning (8 AM - 1 PM) *Afternoon (1:30 PM - 6:30 PM) *Evening (7 PM - 12 AM) RENTAL FEE: *$500 for 5-hour minimum reservation *Additional time is $120/hour RENT INCLUDES: *WiFi *basic a/v equipment (TV, mic, speaker) *(4) buffet tables *(10) 6-ft dinner tables *(80) resin chairs *a minibar *kitchenette with sink, microwave, & cooler OTHER CHARGES: $75 Cleaning Fee $250 Refundable Damage Deposit $250 Security Guard Fee (for evening events serving Alcohol) ADD-ONS: Table Linen Rental **$20/pc full-drape **$15/pc spandex & for buffet table If bringing electric Party equipment **$10/event, inflatable **$20/event, photo booths **$25/event, DJ lights and sounds PROVIDE YOUR OWN: *Caterer or Food Trays (no cooking is allowed) *Non-alcoholic Drinks *Decorations, Soft play, etc. *Table Covers (if not renting our linens)
